Join our mailing list to stay up-to-date on plans for the next edition of Destination Ciders.

Visit some of our region’s cider making orchards during Cider Week to try Destination Ciders of the Hudson Valley, a series of new and limited edition ciders made from 100% NYS apples, available only on the farms where they are made.

Special bottlings and barrels showcased as Destination Ciders show producer creativity and apple versatility, and are not available anywhere else during Cider Week. Try them all!

Participating cideries, with links to their locations, include:

  • Aaron Burr Cidery (guest at Westwind Orchard): SULLIVAN COUNTY, a 2015 cider comprised of several hundred “no-name” apple varieties growing outside of cultivation in every corner of Sullivan County

  • Angry Orchard Innovation Ciderhouse

  • Bad Seed – A very special RUM BARREL AGED CIDER will be served in our tasting room.

  • Brooklyn Cider House “Raw” is our most challenging and unforgiving cider. If you’re afraid to get a little funky, you should stay away. We let the natural yeasts do their thing and whatever happens, happens. This is our homage to Basque Country sidras which inspired the BCH mission to explore ciders in their most natural state. Crisp. Earthy. Tannic. Sour. Begging to be paired with food.

  • Doc’s Draft Hard Cider – GOLDRUSH 2016, a limited release and the driest of all of our Doc’s ciders.  A French style cider made with NY Gold Rush apples fermented using the keeving method.

  •           Graft Cider (guest at Nine Pin Cider)
  • Hardscrabble Cider – A special release of BEET CIDER will be on tap in our tasting room, available by pint or growler. Locally sourced beets were aged in our fresh-pressed juice to create this semi-dry, neon-pink cider.

  • Hudson Valley Farmhouse Cider

  • Kings Highway Fine Cider (guest at Angry Orchard Innovation Ciderhouse) – BEACH PARTY a rose inspired cider made with Hudson Valley apples and co fermented with grapefruit peel and hibiscus

  • Little Apple Cidery – Ned’s Wild Cider, a new release made with hand-picked apples from wild apple trees in the hills of Hillsdale.  For tasting try our Baldwin cider aged in oak whiskey barrels.  Ask for Nobletown, the original pre revolution name of Hillsdale.  Our tasting room includes outdoor picnic tables.   We are a bicycle friendly cidery.

  • Metal House Cider (guest at Angry Orchard Innovation Ciderhouse)

  • Naked Flock Hard Cider

  • Nine Pin Cider Works  – HUNNY CAKES – Aged with honey and vanilla beans

  • Orchard Hill Cider Mill  – Aged in FRENCH OAK BARRIQUE that have previously matured our award winning pommeau, “Ten66”.

  • Treasury Cider  – ONDA- A funky, spanish-style cider from our 2015 vintage, aged sur lie for 18 months. Onda will be available for tastings and by the growler in our store during the week and also by the glass in our cider garden on the weekends.

  • Wayside Cider
